Silicone rings

Silicon rings can be produced in various ways:

- Silicone rings as extruded profile, endlessly vulcanised together
- Silicon rings punched out of silicone sheet
- Silicone profiles / hoses / cords may be vulcanized to measure without tooling costs
Silicone rings, silicone seals and silicone gaskets are made to measure according to your specific requirements/wishes. There is the choice of several different silicone qualities, each of which has its own specific characteristics. Where necessary, Siltech will help you in choosing the right quality for your application. Furthermore, we look together with the customer, at the most economical production method for the product. Inflatable seals also belong to the possibilities. With more complex silicone rings, use is made of injection moulding, LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber). This technique is for economical production of large batches. Manufacture of products for highly sensitive systems. High transparency / clarity. In accordance with foodstuffs/medical qualities. Combination with extrusion and metal components is also possible.
Silicone flue gas rings/ seals
Siltech has many years of experience in the flue gas exhaust industry and has a special grade of silicone flue gas rings in-house especially for this industry. These have been tested and certified according to DIN EN 14241-1:2005-10 classification: EN 14241-1 T160 W2 K2 I. These quality silicone flue gas rings have been extensively proven for many years and are used internationally.
