Silicone profiles
Silicone profiles come in many types and for many different applications. We offer the requisite quality of silicone for each specific application. Over the years, very many standard silicone profiles have become available and without tooling costs. Currently we have approximately 7,000 tools from which silicone seals or silicone profiles can be extruded. These tools are not all “free” by definition; this has to be further determined upon request. If there’s the need for a new silicone profile(s) or silicone seal(s), then a tool will be made to your design in our own tool room. These tools are made of high quality steel in order to ensure optimal and constant tolerance values, quality and dimensional stability.
